The short video Dash #02, which runs in a continuous loop, is one of a multi-part series of close-ups of dogs’ tongues. A loudspeaker projects the sound of the staccato-like panting into the room, so that the viewer is subjected to the rhythm of a different life form. After this experience, what one is apparently used to is no longer quite so familiar.
